UNICEF Somalia is soliciting proposals from qualified firms/institutions with relevant expertise and experience for the provision of the following services as per the Terms of Reference included in the Request for Proposals (LRPS):

To identify a suitable Environmental and Social Expert and establish an institutional or individual contract for the provision of technical expertise to UNICEF to draft an environmental and social management framework for various health construction works as part of Support to Strengthening Health Systems in Puntland (SSHSP).
