Invitation to Tender for local data collection Services – Mid–term Project Evaluation

CARE International seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified data collection/consultancy companies for data collection of mid-term evaluation of SOMGEP project in Somalia/Somaliland. The local data collection will work closely with an international evaluation company and CARE’s team to translate study tools and respective protocols in Somali; pilot them whenever necessary, and will play a leading role in collecting and entering quantitative and qualitative data as per evaluation requirements.

Tenders should include the following:

· A technical proposal and budget on how the assignment will be undertaken.

· Company Details demonstrating relevant experience and skills. A sample of previous similar assignment undertaken by consultant/constancy Company should also be submitted.

· Name and contact details for at least two referees that can be contacted easily.
